Fantastic experience: Very nice customer service.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous experience with Flight experts. I am waiting for my refund for last 8 months and all I get each time is different excuses as the following: a. That they haven't received the refund from the airlines b. It may have come directly to me (I haven't received anything and happy to show my account history) c. I am not eligible for a refund (False - as they only mentioned a deduction of $160 as their service fee and no other deductions applicable. This was clearly discussed at the time of booking the travel. They haven't provided any maths on this either even after my constant request on it) d. They are checking with their accounts team e. Airline are not taking their calls/ Not replying to their emails (They take all my calls in the first go!) f. My case is complicated g. They need more time The Airline has confirmed that they have approved the refund both in an email and on the phone but Flight experts aren't paying me back. I have spoken to most if not all in their cancellations team- Roger, Rupam Sr, Rupam Jr, Vikas etc on the phone explaining and following up so many times over the months. Most I have dealt with is Rupam Sr but no success. I am contacting my lawyers against them as I have all the proofs in the emails and I am happy for my phone recordings to be presented in front of the legal authorities for the same but advise you all to not book your tickets through them if you don't want your money stuck with them like I do or if you want to avoid any disappointments in the future.

Negative experience: They advertise 24*7 service but are never available. Double charged service fees for booking and never provided a basic courtesy of checking with Airlines for refund during COVID. Not recommended
