Negative experience: Customers are treated as fools. The worst travel service. The travel agency did not inform us in advance about the Milford flood and the collapsed Fox Glacier, and we paid nearly 3 million won per person just for the local tour expenses for 6 nights and 7 days, only to wander around Milford Sound and Fox Glacier. Still, they boast about their tours, claiming there's nothing to regret.
