Fantastic experience: I have booked most of my flights through buddha travel since past 6-7 years. They have always been fantastic but my recent experience with Ayush was amazing. He was super friendly and helpful. I had to reschedule the flight due to some personal reason but even then he helped us through all the way. I’m really grateful for the service that I received. Well done team.

Fantastic experience: It was first time with Buddha Travel and tours and it was a very satisfactory experince with them, especially with Aayush Dai( Brother). He helped throughout all my queries. I called him and texted him and he would get back to me always. Thank you Aayush Dai for helping me through the process. It was easy going through you. Brother Aayush is a fantastic travel agent and go to person if you are having trouble with your travel iterinery. Based on my experience with them, Buddha travel and tours offers reasonable price as per my experience and they would try to meet your expectations compared to other travel agencies.

Negative experience: Not a good experience with this travel and tours. Some staff need to learn customer service and take responsibility will never go through this again and definitely will not recommend.

Negative experience: I was outside their office and called to be let in. The person answered but hung up on me multiple times the rudest dude ever!! Do not use their services!!

Negative experience: Staff need to train more as they don't have knowledge to speak to the customer. The way the guy was talking was like sitting in the bar and ordering. Willing to book tickets but Better go to another agency .

Fantastic experience: Even the five star doesn't give justice for the service received from Ayush. Did call few travel agencies in New Zealand and found buddha travel a lot cheaper than other and better than other Ayush customer service was top notch. It was my mom first time traveling and he made sure of less transit and assistance. No doubt Ayush is the person if you are planning for travels and need to book the tickets

Fantastic experience: Great customer service and a big big thank you to Aliza for being so helpful going extra mile as she did my mother in laws ticket to go back home Nepal and we were very concerned because of pandemic but she made us feel very special and assured us by checking every steps and checklist one by one from PCR test, luggage and so on. Always very responsive via email, text and phone when we have queries regards flight. She even came at airport on departure to meet in person to see everything is up to date and ready to fly. Hence, my mother in law reached home safely without any hassle and she wanted to thank too.
