Negative experience: Buying a ticket with Mann travel was very easy and the people from call centre followed up promptly until the ticket was purchased. Due to a family emergency I had to request for a ticket change which was very frustrating . As promised the call back would not follow up. I had to call and email to follow up from my end. Always got someone different who promise to help but would not follow up. They never transferred the phone to the person you want to follow up with. They don’t seem to understand what we are trying to request for. I had to personally go in the Papatoetoe office to get my ticket changed. The person at the reception was not helpful as well. They all kept saying my ticket cant be changed and the airline will not do so. I had already checked with the airline and the travel agent has to do it. I had to call the airline and get her to listen to airline conversation until she proceeded to help. I had to sit in her office for few hours to get it done. It wS a very frustrating and time consuming process. Thrir oromise of 24/7 service and not being fulfilled. Since the airline is slso 24/7 the process should have been very prompt. It took me almost 48 hours of multiple calls and a visit to the office to get things done. Pathetic Service.

Negative experience: Honestly, if I could give 0 stars or less, I would. WORST TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICE EVER! I dealt with Ritesh throughout the entire process, as after they sold the tickets, they completely ignored your follow-up emails unless the same person who sold the tickets responded and even that takes forever. It’s been over 30 days of back-and-forth, and for the last 3 weeks, I’ve received zero responses, despite sending 4 emails! Here’s what happened: On 19 August, I booked a flight through this agency with Ritesh, asking for the best available fare. He quoted me $5,584, so I booked it. The next day, on 20 August, I checked Singapore Airlines’ website while discussing with him the special requests like in-flight meals and wheelchair assistance. To my shock, the exact same ticket was listed for $5,350. I sent him a screenshot as he requested, and even though he acknowledged the price difference, he offered a $230 discount on future bookings instead of refunding the difference. This is not just unacceptable, but it violates New Zealand’s Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act, which demand fair treatment and transparency. A future discount doesn’t resolve the issue—they should have refunded the difference right then and there! On top of that, I’ve been chasing them about wheelchair assistance for my elderly parents, who don’t speak English. It’s a critical need. Ritesh confirmed assistance for only one flight of the trip (AKL-SIN) on 27 August, but nothing for the other 3 flights. Despite numerous follow-up calls and emails, I still haven’t received confirmed tickets with wheelchair service for all flights. This level of disregard and lack of urgency is beyond frustrating. Travel agencies are supposed to handle customer requests with care, not leave people hanging. Honestly, your slogan should be “WORST TRAVEL SERVICE” because that’s exactly what this is. And, please don’t write me something that you don’t sincerely mean like this below one: “ We're sorry to hear about your experience. Please reach out to our customer service team to help resolve this issue. Your feedback is important to us and we strive to improve.” TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY!!

Negative experience: Horrible service, horrible attitude in the phone and all the FAKE reviews on Google!! Mann Travel have asked us to remove our valid and honest negative feedback without resolving any of our issue. After going through some reviews here, it validate my point: I’m not the only case, this is not their first time lying and misleading customers and trying to cover up any reviews that’s not in their favour by using FAKE good reviews!! Who knows how many people they have asked to remove bad reviews just to make their score looks good!!! Really disgusting and dishonest business practice. DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY IN MANN TRAVEL!! Totally not worth it and I’m definitely not coming to them again.
