Fantastic experience: Its a great deals ❤️

Negative experience: Disappointing Customer Service from Shore Travel leaves one feeling their Travel Agency are Disingenuous and Deceptive. Their Correspondence/Interactions with their Customers' needs to be upfront and include T's & C's etc. This is very different from other Travel Agencies who are more than willing to provide Information and to keep their clients informed when new Products and Services come onto the Market. Whether this be through Travel Events or other means. This Agency in my opinion lacks Professionalism, Fore Thought and Good Will. My main source of Contact was with Nicola Ritson, although I also note there is an unusual Culture from the Management Mary Buckley filtering down.

Fantastic experience: Very trusted and reliable travel agency. Rinku has been so helpful and understanding in our travel planning in 2023. We got two overseas holidays organised through Rinku at shore travels last year and I must say both were amazingly well planned and we had the best experience of our lives. I highly recommend shore travel and Rinku, if you looking for someone to plan and book your holidays/ travel.

Fantastic experience: If you are in need of personal or business travel, go no further than Shore Travel in Milford. I had a problem that other travel agencies just fobbed me off with. I went online and asked Shore Travel if they could help. The answer was yes of course we can. Barbara was the Lady that that I dealt with, and I cannot speak more highly of the professionalism shown by her and the team at Shore Travel. I have since had to make changes to my booking and nothing was a problem for the Barbara. Also, there was no fee to pay.
