Fantastic experience: Kelly from Flight Centre Ponsonby was such a great help with planning our trip, highly recommend!

Negative experience: I wanted to get few catalogues to browse the options in my free time but the empleyee just wanted to sell smth on the spot. Waved to another guy to NOT GIVE me anything. Rude and unprofessional. Thats bad because i have group of 7 people interested in Philippines or smth similar in Asia.

Negative experience: DON'T GO TO THE SUPERETTE NEXT DOOR, JUST GOT BACK INTO THE COUNTRY FOR CHRISTMAS THE POST OFFICE IS NOW A SUSHI PLACE GO INTO THE SUPERETTE (THE GREEN SUPERETTE NEXT TO THE FLIGHT CENTRE) TO ASK WHERE THE POST OFFICE IS THE PR!CK YELLS AT ME, THEN LITERALLY COMES OUT FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER WHEN I'M LIKE 'WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT ME'. NO SURPRISE HE HAS NO GOOGLE ACCOUNT FOR THIS SUPERETTE AND EVERYONE'S LONG SINCE FORGOTTEN HOW TO FIND THESE PEOPLE IN THE YELLOW PAGES, ESSENTIALLY 'THREAT AND INTIMIDATION' COULD HAVE CALLED THE COPS!! INSTEAD I'M WRITING THIS NASTY REVIEW ABOUT HIM FROM THE FLIGHT CENTRE PAGE - MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

Fantastic experience: These guys really know their destinations, and offered loads of ideas and tips I hadn't thought of

Positive experience: The most helpful travel staff in Auckland. Without a doubt!

Negative experience: Such a disappointing and frustrating experience. Arrived at Ak International Airport to catch our flight and my Airline Ticket hadn't been loaded into the system. We tried to call Flight Centres Number/s written down and we just went round in circles with No one answering. This then became quite a stressful situation. Fortunately the Airline we were travelling with helped us out but the trickle-on effect didn't stop there. When we got to our Accomodation our names wern't even listed to stay at the Hotel, so alot of waiting around until that got sorted ! What should have been an exciting time for us, initially, ended up being very Stressful and Tedious ! Not sure what the benefit of using a Travel Agent is for

Negative experience: Even though friends and I had spent thousands on travel at the Fight centre over the years, the travel agent was very curt with me because I had booked my flight to the UK by myself so was not interested in giving or confirming info regarding vaccination requirements before a flight. What terrible customer service for an industry making a comeback
