Negative experience: I have this experience with the KRoad team. The communication is always incomplete and you're left to your own devices. I specifically requested for flexible tickets and was assured I'll be able to change the travel dates if required. Hiwever, what I got was fixed travel tickets. This led to a loss of $ 700. I'd recommend not taking their word for anything and asking specifically for email confirmation on everything.

Negative experience: Hi My name is ishrat vahora. I have a complain against your company. According to consumer protection act your agent did not carried out service with reasonable care and skills, and due to irresponsible behavior we have to suffer a lose in terms of financially and mentally. I want a claim against your unfair service which lead me to suffer. Our return was booked on 26th of march and when we reached airport we come to know the all flights of jet airway are been seduled to canceled more then a month ago. We are not been informed by any of the authority of jet air ways as they said that your information are been missing from system as the agent did not upload it. And when i get back to travel agent he replies it that we informs every body but how come you are not been informed and agent answers me sorry we can't do any thing you have to buy new ticket to travel back from india to Auckland. I did not even get reply of my email send to the complain department of eco travels. The service was totally irresponsible And i want my claim as per consumer protection act rights.

Negative experience: Jagadesh Raju Gobburi is the biggest fraudster in New Zealand. Already filed a case against him !! I am writing this review to make others aware, 'DON'T SEND MONEY THROUGH THIS GUY' !! He's a 'Blatant Fraudster' !! His wife is also involved with him !! I request to all the victims, get united and eradicate this Evil !! Let me know if anyone needs any help/information about this Fraudster !!

Negative experience: The office was closed and nothing updated on Google. I suggest don't rely on branch opening timings as this can be misleading. Best contact the branch before planning journey.

Negative experience: Worst Customer Service ever experienced. Poor customer skills, no courtesy what so ever. Mishandled credit card details. First and last time dealing with these guys. After many emails and voice message still no response.

Negative experience: Really bad service Sent money for transfer to India. Didn't receive even after 3 weeks. This happened 3 times. When called They say sorry we forgot..Also they dont give back your money

Negative experience: This guy use to take money from the client and use to give them a fake receipt i gave him a $6,500 to transfer to my india account but its been a more than a month still he didn't transfer and also not given my money back guys to warn u plz don't go with this agent he takes alot of money from lots of people and than he don't use to receive call and give u a silly reason

THESE GUYS HAVE NO REGRET IF CUSTOMER WANT TO KNOW SOMETHING AND HE/SHE NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR FEEDBACK. WELL DONE ECO TRAVELS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I `LL RECOMMEND TO NO ONE GO NEVER EVER NEVER TO ECO TRAVEL..EVEN THEY DON`T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS.

Negative experience: Taking too much time to transfer money, either you are doing it for the very first time or multiple times. The result is always the same, particularly on Karangahape Road.

Fantastic experience: They were very helpful. Working beyond their closure time for customers.
