Positive experience: We have booked tickets to Sri Lanka with them twice: once for a trip back home in December this year and the second booking for an urgent visit to Sri Lanka last week. Both Dhasni and Lakmini were very professional, patient, understanding and friendly people who were very easy to deal with. Dhasini has done the checking and reserved the seat on the day, which made it very easy on my wife on her urgent trip by avoiding long queues at Wellington airport at early hours. Negative experience: I text one of the customer representatives just having Enquiry about the airlines ticket to Australia and I go through the WhatsApp service and I just texted them and asked for the itinerary so I can have a look out for the price before knowing any thing from me he just jumped into that we can’t send you itinerary as if u want for immigration purpose there will be 50 dollars as we have to let them know . Please can you send me that policy details as how u can judge person without knowing anything. All people just don’t call you guys for immigration itinerary some customers are willing to books the airlines from you guys. I wish you guys don’t continue with other customer and serve them on high standard policy.

Dhasni helped me out of office hours and managed to book a flight for my parents which will depart in less than 24hrs. Negative experience: NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE ANYMORE AND TAKE YOUR OWN RISK. I booked an air tcket for my mom and mother in law and specially requested assistant or wheeelchair assistant as they are quite old and unable to manage things by themselves. I contacted the representative (Dhasni) several times and remind her to confirm the assistant support and she (Dhasni) comfirmed that she requested the wheelchair support and no need to worry at all. Today, we went to the airport and got to know that she (Dhasni) hasn't requested or hasn't done anything about the assistant or wheechair assistant that we requested as she confirmed. Glad we had enough time to sort that out with the support of airline staff. Otherwise we will be in real trouble as my mom and mother in law have language barriar and the walikng dificulties. This is not just a domestic travel. This is from New Zealand to Sri Lanka with transits. You guys should take more responsibility not just selling tickets. If something happens during the transit who will take care of them? Really, dissapointed with your service. This is the last time. AGAIN, NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE AND TAKE YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU BOOK TICKETS FOR YOUR PARENTS OR WITH ASSISTANT.

Today I want to leave a review for one travel company name "Travel corner" which located in 217 b Dominian road,Mount Eden, Auckland that l ,I want to say a big thank to the girl who work there shis name is Krishna she is a professional in her sector.I'm very greatfull to har.I would like to advise her.Shis professionalism and knowledge of work speak for themselves .Before that I went to new market, Westfield shopping centre,there is flight centre , I don’t know how to call them softer, they don’t know anything at all and only advised me not to go because I might have problems with my documents because I had a travel document instead of a passport . I don't know how thet work there ! After i went to Ponsonby Flight centre there one old lady was very rude and she said me that :"why i came to her if i was in new market flight centre,"I told her because looking for better price.Stupid question.Then i went to "Travel corner"So, the girl from Travel corner did all what i need and found for me place for do the covid test, and the same girl I'm talking about the Krishna she worked there, she really did everything clearly. As needed, she sent my document to the emirate airline company, sent them everything I needed, said that as soon as she receive an answer from them, she would write to me and also did that she was not supposed to do, that is, the declaration that I had to fill out. I am very grateful to her and thank her from the bottom of my heart. She is the best!

Negative experience: Dear Travel Corner Mt Eden, Please do advise your customers properly. The person I spoke to, he was good with everything. I was in an urgent to book the tickets but forgot to ask for the seat preference as it was 6.30pm. It would still be one of his duties to remind a customer about their seat preference in which the booking rep failed. This crashed my entire mood and I will have to travel with the seat HE CHOSE ME TO! Completely ridiculous. Wish I was in my senses.
