When we received your cancellation from your travel agent, it was prior to the pandemic announcement from the WHO and before New Zealand borders had been closed, which meant that we were operating under our usual terms & conditions. Based on the most up-to-date information issued by the government at the time, we implemented our current COVID-19 rebooking policy at a later date after you had cancelled your booking. Many travel agencies have been impacted by this situation and agents are working from home to ensure their safety, as well as operating on reduced hours to manage an increased volume of amendments to bookings. This has caused significant delays to our normal processing and turnaround times. You should now have received a notification from your new Flight Centre Store about the outcome of your booking cancellation.
