The pamphlet she gave me was exactly what I was after. We just had to find dated that worked and my trip was booked pretty quickly.

Fantastic experience: We have used Glen McCulloch for our travel many times, last time he got us home when things were starting to get very complicated with the beginning of the pandemic. There is no one else we would rather use. He's knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and trustworthy. On top of that, he's a lovely person to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to make travel plans for a family member to visit from America. Theresa O’Connor at House of Travel, Tauranga made the arrangements with satisfaction. Theresa was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. It was easy to discuss travel plans and have an itinerary suited to those plans. Theresa kept me updated with timely emails. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Positive experience: A 3! because I had the beyond the greatest experince from a previous Darling, multiple Journeys. MADI ❤️, who left Unfortunately. To one where Its seems for 3 weeks. No one wanted to help. I felt like I was harrasing for help. To find your travel angel. Shopping around is a must.

Negative experience: Went here to get some advice on a holiday and were told to come back when we had all our plans finalized... I thought that agents were there for advice... Better to go somewhere else for travel advice

Negative experience: I found myself standing alone at the front desk, desperately trying to seek assistance. The lack of staff presence and the complete disregard for visitors during my two visits were highly disappointing.

Negative experience: This particular branch has the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced. Absolutely no interest in helping customers, rude, disinterested and dishonest. Absolute appalling, thankfully HOT headoffice sorted it for me - which BTW I had to find myself as this store refused to give me their contact!! Once I did I then discovered this branch lie to both their customers and their head office. BEWARE!

Negative experience: The team at Tauranga branch thinks it's reasonable to ask me to pay $150 extra for flights I can just book myself

Negative experience: My mother got flights to the Netherlands through House of Travel Tauranga thinking that using a Travel Agent would make things easier than booking it herself online, only after she purchased the flights she found she had to get a Visa in LA and check out, get her luggage and check back in. They did not tell her this when they sold her the trip. So after her 12 hour first flight she spent 2 hours waiting in line to get out of customs and then an hour to check back in, thankfully she made her next flight. Not nice when you have just spent 12 hours in a plane and your not a young person anymore. Not impressed.
