Stefan kept us updated throughout the process, and I highly recommend him! My first trip to Bali was unforgettable, thanks to his help, and I’ll definitely be booking all my future trips through him

Negative experience: Today went to the Base Hamilton for flight quotes. Lady started with rough tone “i will charge $179 for my time, Before even we sit down. She repeated “My time” probably 3 or 4 times. She was trying us to walk away. Get some young professional in the job. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.

Positive experience: My husbands is trying to book tickets to get to London then to Trinidad so confusing is there booking quotes . I’d advice to check through the airline : as we have noted there is a large loading from the agents

Fantastic experience: I just want to write a quick small feedback about my journey with flight Centre, I had to change my tickets around it was so hard to get in contact with my previous agent. And I totally understand because of low staff and how busy things are. after trying different people from the call centre, I was able to get in contact with Stefan Ryder, he was super helpful and knowledgeable and really helped me a lot out I just want to give thanks to him, because he went way above and beyond for me and I’m really happy to see people do that in this day and age! Fantastic experience: Today I called flight center the rapa the base and spoke to Charlotte she was amazing to talk with she quoter all my flights and information while I was on the phone and sent via email. Charlotte made everything so easy great communication ❣️ great service really if your booking flights ask for Charlotte

Negative experience: Happy to take your money when you book, but when you need help they have no means of proper prompt communication. Stuck overseas because they do not answer calls and get auto reply on email with "I am out of the office response". If you can help it- DO NOT USE THEM FOR TRAVEL

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Cherisha Duthie from Flighcentre Te Awa for the excellent job organising my flights in times of Covid. I had a complex itinerary that required adjustment a few times and Cherisha was amazing organising it all, providing me with hotel accomodation options and sending me all the info for the visas. The communication was smooth, very fast and attentive. I commend the Te Awa office for their great team and I'm so grateful to Cherisha for having made my journey stress free.

Our initial contact was instore and then all communication was either via email or phone. Cherisha has been amazing through it all..

Fantastic experience: This Flight Centre, the base has given me some of the best service I’ve had from all the different travel agents of used in the past. I highly recommend them. I have used them a few times and had no problems.

Negative experience: Waiting, waiting and still waiting for confirmation from Flight Centre Maahanga Dr. I met with Rosanna Clarke and she assured me she would check out flights and accommodation for a group of 30 people to Thailand and Bali and send to me via email. I asked if she would like my email and other details, she replied "no I have your details here along with your husband. 3 weeks on, no phone call, no email not a word about my request. My husband called last week and spoke to another person (male) at Flight Centre Maahanga Dr, and said he would pass the message on to Rosanna Clarke. Here we are no response!!!!! Definitely don't deserve any stars. Bad service, no service. Went through a more deserving and reliable travel agent. The only reason you get a 1 star is to get this post... to you, you don't deserve the 1 star.... honestly.
