Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about the excellent service we were given for our trip in September 2024. Jolien just made it so easy for us, so we could relax and just look forward to it. Her communication with us was exemplary, including even providing us with an emergency number to use while away overseas if necessary. She made all the reservations, helped us choose our plane seats, then booked them, organized all the transfers, booked our river cruise, and organized the travel insurance and currency we needed. She made suggestions for excursions, and once we decided she booked these, too. Her service was outstanding, and she's a real asset to this company. All the Helloworld team at Rototuna are really helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their business of travel. Thank you so much for the gift. We'll enjoy it! We will certainly be coming back again!

Negative experience: Over priced rang over the phone..double price

Negative experience: I went to the HelloWorld Rototuna office on a Tuesday early afternoon and the office was shut - notice on door saying closed for the day due to team meeting. The following day around the same time I went to the office again, but the door was locked, and the office appeared shut. I peered inside the window and saw a lady who seemed to be gesturing to me to "go away"!? I knocked on the door and this lady reluctantly came to the door, opened it slightly and said, "I'm on a Zoom meeting, can you come back in ten minutes"!? After a welcome and customer service like that, which was made worse by the fact it was the owner, how could anybody utilize this travel agent's services. No professionalism at all - doesn't even merit a One Star.

Fantastic experience: Was exceptionally happy with the level of expertise and knowledge that the staff at Helloworld Rototuna had. Nothing was a problem and they went above and beyond. The owner was absolutely fantastic with extra suggestions to complete our family trip of a lifetime. I'd reccomend them and reuse them again.

Negative experience: Terrible service, the agent attempted to assist me however the owner was rude and basically told me I was wasting her agents time. I then went to flights centre and was met with professionalism and our family have a holiday planned for early next year.
