Negative experience: We went to book a flight. There was four employees talking to each other and didn’t even look at us so we sat down and waited assuming there were busy. The funny thing is we were the only customer in there at that time. After waiting for about 10 minutes we left with so disappointed. Date October 29th, time around 4.00 o clock

If the team have availability to see you immediately, they of course will, but they will also be juggling the virtual queue of customers with post appointment follow-ups, booking maintenance, and email enquiry. In this case, it sounds like they would have been working as a team on bookings to get the best outcome for customers, working through this virtual queue.
Fantastic experience: Poole sorted me flights last minute for the best price possible. I could not fault this experience. Shes super friendly and an expert at her job. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to receive service from Preston Cunningham at the Hamilton Flight Centre branch. There was a sudden change in plans requiring a rather big change in times and Preston was still able to save my mother and I over $200! He helped make a stressful situation flow a lot more easily. Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Had to remind the sales person so many times to send us correct details on our ticket. Meal entered was wrong. Ticket provided to us with wrong dates. Delayed replies on our queries. Never booking our tickets with flight centre again!

Fantastic experience: I would like to express our appreciation and gratitude towards Amy Laurin. It is not the first time that we have dealt with her and she always goes above and beyond to assist and accommodate our requests. She has a very well understanding of the locations/ the geography of the area that we want to travel to and always gives us different options to assist us in order to have a comfortable, reasonable flight/ travel. Negative experience: Helpful but we asked for the works coming back to Auckland but only got seat and bag. We specifically asked for the works package. Not very happy about this. Also brought in my infant to add and got told bring passport, brought passport the second time and they didn't even require it. We also asked for a bassinet seat, didn't get that. Unhappy customer.

Positive experience: Want to go on a Mediterranean cruise next August. ( 4 of us.) The lady promised that she will come back with options 4 weeks ago...know her name. No service. Got helped through another company. My family of 30 had the same experience going overseas ..December 2023. We sat all over the place in the aeroplane and some had to take the next flight. This is also our last try with Flight Centre. So sorry. Before we had good service every year going overseas.

Negative experience: Please don't go in Chartwell flights center they very poor customer service they are very rude she told me to wait one hours then after one hours she told me we fully booked today. Not only this time but they did with me alots ather time as well, she booked me the tickets and i pay for my baby the bassinet she didn't give it when we went in the flights nothing was there I already talked with center they not responded to me and say to me sorry, and I don't want her sorry. Please make sure this is not happening too you guys.

Fantastic experience: Flight Centre at Chartwell was amazing I had an appointment with Shonnie who had two flights booked to Oz in 35 mins. I had been to another Travel Agent who made me feel I was a bit of a challenge, not Flight Centre they were amazing. Would highly recommend

Negative experience: Do not trust this company. My flight was cancelled by airline more than 3 years ago. I still didn't get my refund. They stopped answering my emails.

Negative experience: There are only disadvantages when booking through flight centre. We ended up searching for our flights ourselves as they it was so much more hassle otherwise. Customer service was terrible - long response times or no responses from the travel agent, Amy, after booking and not helpful at all. When ended up having to change our flights back due to covid, which was an absolute nightmare - again slow response times and absolute minimum effort to help. It was hard enough finding any flights at the time at short notice. It would have been so much easier to deal with the airline directly, which we couldn't because we had booked through flight centre. In summary, don't waste your time. There are better travel agencies out there or just go through the airline directly.

Negative experience: As the web site said we can contact nearest flight centre, when we would like to change our booking. So we got in touch Flight centre Chartwell Shopping Hamilton, a man who is on duty he could not do and advise us to get in touch at Flight centre Lower Hutt which we got a booking. It’s terrible to do the job what need a service mind.

Negative experience: Made a cancellation on the 8th of March, and was told the airline had refunded them by the 13th of April. I’ve now waited another 2 months and I still haven't received anything. My emails aren't being answered and all calls go to voicemail. This is pathetic.

Negative experience: Poor service!! Flights centre Hamilton is not answering their calls and is also not phoning me back. My 12 year old son could not board his flight as paperwork was not right after Flights centre told me it is! Lots of heartache and tears shed because of the agent that failed us and now is not returning my calls or emails send! Will definitely not recommend you to anyone or use you again!!

Negative experience: Rude arrogant man that doesn’t care about good customer service. Thankfully the lovely lady who also works there was happy to guide my family and I in the right direction. It’s hard enough travelling due to covid. So the last thing you want is rude customer service. Book online if you can, don’t waste your time and energy going in.
