My wife has generally been my travel agent in the past however our experience with Kelly has shown us how stress free it is using an experienced travel agent.

Fantastic experience: Was able to talk to a travel consultant just after entering the door. Kelly Evans was listening carefully what I was asking for and came up with a couple of great options. Easy to deal with, booked and confirmed in no time.

Negative experience: They obviously didn't need my custom. Went there in person to get a quote for flights to Europe but nobody seemed ti be available at the time so left all details with them but never even received a much as a phone call back.

Fantastic experience: Kelly was interested in why we were traveling, to see family. And asked what we wanted, she also helped us with finding accommodation on our stop in Melbourne.

Positive experience: Wendy is great at getting us good deals in our travel. Howe ever a silly error was made with the way our debit card payment was treated as being a credit card and we were consequently overcharged unnecessary card service fees. HOT Accounts dept have still yet to refund us the overpayment that they took. Wendy deserves 5 Stars but someone at HOT is not backing up her apology with honest action.

Negative experience: Disappointed with the service received at the Hastings Branch. Have ended up having to do the balance of our bookings myself. Have used Havelock North Branch in the past with no problems.
