Fantastic experience: Linda from Best Travel is awesome to deal with! We approached her to help with our honeymoon. She was patient and really listened to what we were after. We were presented with multiple options along with good recommendations and ended up having the most amazing trip. Such a smooth and easy process couldn't recommend her more!

Fantastic experience: Great service, team are always welcoming and it's great to see all the other agents working with a smile and willing to help out. Im really not sure what these other negative comments are in relation to. Linda created an outstanding itinerary for our family holiday to Bali then back to the Goldcoast, her communication, knowledge, passion and followup really showed in creating our dream holiday!. Ive had travel agents in the past, they have been good, but Linda has been next level. Absolutely stoked we were in good hands from day one and will defiantly be using Linda again in the very near future!. Thank you Linda, Keep up the great work!. We have no control over any other part of the building. There was no such meeting held in the premises. It was held elsewhere. The access way was down the side alley access to the certain businesses in Heretaunga Street.

Negative experience: The agent I had briefly spoken to was very rude and of no assistance. Her phone manner was unprofessional and I just didn't want to deal with her and ended the call abruptly.

Fantastic experience: We booked flights back to the UK to see family (after 4 long years) via Expedia. Turned up to check in and there was a "ticketing agent failure". Long story short we were left high & dry in Auckland airport with no flights at a very busy time of year. A friend put a shout out on a local page asking for recommendations of someone who could help. Overwhelmingly the top recommendation was Christine From Best Travel. Christine helped us immediately appreciated the urgency for us. She was compassionate, professional, efficient, reliable and trustworthy. She absolutely did her very best for us and got us on the next suitable flights. I am so grateful that I found Christine and Best Travel and will never book with anyone else!! 10 out of 10 for service. She is just lovely to deal with!
