Fantastic experience: Alex took care of our travelling group of 8 to China, accommodating 4 children and a mixed bag of cities, needs and side trips. She smoothly and willingly dealt with our many queries and several plan changes which resulted in an amazing trip to 3 cities in China and several villages. While away a last minute panic was quickly seen to and we had any stress minimised by Alex's calm and cheerful nature. HIghly recommended travel agent.

Fantastic experience: My children and I wanted to travel to Europe and the UK over the 2018/2019 Christmas Holidays. Having never been there myself I was a little unsure about where to go, what to do, where to stay, how to get there, etc, etc. Basically as green as you get. Alex recommended some tours we could look at and we ended up doing two of them which were perfect for what we wanted and we loved them. In between tours she arranged all of our accommodation, transfers, travel and day tours. We had a jam packed holiday (just what we wanted) and everything went seamlessly. I am so grateful to Alex as I'm sure our trip would have been so much more stressful and less relaxing if she hadn't taken care of everything for us. Definitely recommend : ).

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with the trip to Spain, Morocco and Dubai which I booked through Alex at World Travellers... one of my most memorable holidays so far in my life! My flights and tours went smoothly and the hotel you recommended in Barcelona was the PERFECT location in the Gothic Quarter. One day I'll come see ya to book Maldives!!

Negative experience: Incompetent travel agents ! My mother had to fork out an extra $570 for a flight that was already supposedly booked and paid for from Las Vegas to Hawaii she even had the eticket from the travel agent! Tried on numerous occasions to recover this cost to no avail seems like they are trying to place blame on the airline! It’s your responsibility to reimburse this money as you have already been paid! I can go on and on about the stuff ups this company had made during this holiday but I won’t at this point in time. Very unprofessional
