Fantastic experience: I went into Hello World as a first time user of travel agents. Zak could not have been more helpful. I was purchasing return ticketing for our daughter to come from Hong Kong. Our daughter has some handicaps as a result of a brain tumor. Zak organised everything to make her travel safe and convenient. In Auckland for her return a problem arose due to the airline. Our daughter did not make the scheduled flight. I called Zak ftom Auckland and he worked until well passed business hours to get our daughter re-ticketed. He then pursued recovery of the increased cost. Can't say enough thanks. Would not hesitate to heartily recommend Hello World Paraparumu. Thanks so much Zak.

Negative experience: Popped in to ask about a trip to Fiji. Unfortunately we were pigeonholed into a trip to Queenstown which we didn't ask for, so we left. Never assume how much money someone has to spend which is customer service, 101.

This isn’t an accurate account of what happened, we did in fact give you prices for Fiji and Sydney and you said that they were too much for you as Fiji was over $1900 per person return for next week.
We did not assume anything and never do as people have different ideas and budgets.
We would appreciate you removing this review as this is not an accurate as to what happened.
Also Queenstown was mentioned because you yourself mentioned it as an option so we did look for you and we had a chat about Jetstar.
