Fantastic experience: Thank you to Sarah Martello from House of Travel for organizing three fabulous accommodations for us in Bali. We stayed in Seminyak at Beautiful Oberoi 5 star resort for people who really like luxury holidays with an amazing service. Then we moved to Ubud into the most amazing Maya Ubud yoga resort where we had experienced monkey forest (and actually monkey came to our door too), Ubud Palace and Tirta Empul Temple unforgettable experience and many other places. Then in the end we stayed in Hyatt Regency Sanur which was my favorite place for its atmosphere and beautiful beaches! Hardly recommend to contact Sarah if you want to have a great holiday!

Fantastic experience: Sarah did a great job organising part of our recent trip to UK and Paris after I appeared on her doorstep with booked flights and no idea what we were going to do part from that. Fantastic experience: Sarah Martelli organised a trip if a lifetime for myself and 3 children aged 18,16,12. Her planning was faultless. 7 weeks around UK, Europe, Poland. Greece, Singapore, Indonesia, Will definitely use Sarah again for any trip. I traveled with a Type 1 Diabetic daughter. Sarah made sure everyone knew and was prepared. It really was a trip of a life time thanks to Sarahs thorough planning and attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: Our Agent, Angelique, and her Supervisor, Pam, were exceptionally helpful in both the preliminary and complicated ongoing arrangements, and became critical partners in solving sudden problems that averted a last minute cancellation. As a result, we had an incredible adventure, and were warmly welcomed home and encouraged to share our experiences and any concerns that had eventuated during the travel. These concerns were then swiftly addressed and we are confident will be successfully handled on our behalf.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time I've used a travel agent to complete my hotel bookings. The whole system worked perfectly and it was great having the confidence that House of Travel had taken care of all the details and payments. Their app was so handy too, keeping track of where we were staying next and being able to show non-English speaking taxi drivers the hotel address.

Fantastic experience: Toni Rendell is the BEST by a country mile. Have had to unfortunately deal with a corporate travel manager due to work providing me with a prize/voucher to their corporate travel agency and it’s night and day difference. Have felt bad having to lean on Toni for advice that the corporate travel agent wouldn’t answer for me. My family and I have always used Toni for years and will continue doing so! Just need to convince work that travel incentives should be given in house of travel credit in future! Otherwise will always be happy spending my own money on travel with Toni

Fantastic experience: I was planning to visit the Chathams with family, and Sarah took time to find to provide information about the tour which made us realise it wasn't appropriate for us. She was friendly and accommodating when I cancelled and didn't make me feel awkward about it. She was able to get our deposits refunded by acting quickly on our behalf which was a welcome surprise. When I rang her soon after to organise a trip to Brisbane she responded quickly again so I could get the advertised offer on the dates I wanted.

Fantastic experience: Going to Hawaii was never on my radar, but all of a sudden the opportunity came up to attend a Geothermal Conference on Hawai'i Island. So who do you call when you have to put together a trip very quickly, Pam Turner, that's who. Pam was able to put together an itinerary that worked very well. We were able to enjoy two nights at Waikiki, Oahu Island before flying out to Hawai'i Island for the conference. Pam was able to share a few shopping tips and suggestions to fit in the most we could given the short time we were there.The car hire that Pam arranged was just perfect for getting from A to B on the island. Positive experience: Great experience, with clear information Re travel plans during our UK, Italy, Pert & home trip. Would suggest using the Bloc accommodation at Gatwick airport - V. compact but comfortable room - very convenient for transfer to Domestic or International terminals, also trains (+ 20 % discount at nearby food & drink outlets). If travelling Perth to Sydney (Domestic), then Sydney to Auckland (International), then transit time (2.5 hrs) is tight, so be aware of any delays (We had approx 1.5 hrs delay, but fortunately flight was rerouted. With departure from Perth to Sydney International). HoT team (Sara), very professional, helpful with good communication.

The choice of the Outrigger was great. Even though the resort was busy, the service was impeccable. We were allowed to use the adults only pool area with my almost 16-year-old, which was a bonus.
