Fantastic experience: Kelly-Ann has been my go to travel agent for awhile now and I’ll never go back to booking my own travel. She is super organised and informative and just takes the stress out of trying to organise it yourself. Plus I have the added comfort of knowing if things go wrong which inevitably with travel at some point they will that she is just a phone call away to help get it sorted.

Fantastic experience: We have used Kelly-Ann multiple times as our travel agent since the re-opening of boarders after the pandemic. The service provided by Kelly-Ann is simply superb. Kelly-Ann took time to understand our requirements and then propose options which meet our requirements. She is always prompt, courteous and resolve any problem for us. Some people might question the need of using agents in the age of Internet but our view is HOT is worth every single cent unless it is a domestic flight booking. It is far better to enjoy the trip than worry about the mundane of travel bookings and resolving problems with bookings. Highly recommended !

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to Kelly-Ann for all her hard work with organising our 9 week trip to Europe and USA. She asked lots of questions to find out what we liked doing and where we wanted to travel, so was able to plan our itinerary exactly to our requirements. We wanted to do a river cruise in France and Kelly-Ann did the research for us as there were so many options. She also managed to find a lovely couple from Belgium who took us on a private 3 day tour through the Battle of the Somme region to locate relatives who had died there. A wonderful experience. This was our first experience using a travel agent to plan an overseas trip as we usually did it ourselves, but we would definitely do it again and would love to have Kelly-Ann arrange the next one for us.

Fantastic experience: Fay Aktins at House of Travel is great to deal with! I wanted to book a flight to Melbourne but didn't want the hassle of booking through the airline's website. Fay made the whole process so smooth and easy. She is an excellent communicator and responded promptly to all my questions. She also gave me very good advice about being at the airport at the recommended three hours in advance. While I thought this was excessive, I'm glad I followed her advice as I was held by a lot of chaos at the airport. Fortunately, I was still left with enough time to have lunch, relax and browse the shops before boarding my flight. I will definitely use House of Travel again for all my domestic and international travel plans.

She was flexible with our loose ideas and changing arrival dates and London airports. Fantastic experience: I have been in contact with Chloe for the last 2.5 years. From flights getting cancelled due to the pandemic and finally being able to fly overseas, Chloe has been an amazing help. When the flights were cancelled, I did not have to call or email anyone about the refund or getting a credit. Chloe took care of everything. And now when I was flying to India, she gave me all the information and documents needed for me to fly. She has made traveling a lot smoother. Fantastic experience: We couldn’t speak highly enough of the fabulous professional service we received from Petra. Petra was “ on the button” all the way in a somewhat changing climate, gave us great advice over a number of areas, always willing to look at options and all done with quick but full responses and delivered with such enthusiasm and warmth. Fantastic experience: Petra and her team are amazing. We have just done our first big trip back to the USA since Covid. Petra helped us with all our flight booking requirements and promptly contacted us when there were schedule changes which needed urgent attention. As a result we had seamless travel throughout the US. We did have a slight issue with some seating arrangements on the first part of our journey but Petra went into bat for us and it was all sorted quickly and to our satisfaction. Nothing was a problem and I am so glad to have her and her team behind us whenever we travel. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've had the absolute best experience booking a trip to Thailand and India with the help of Chloe from House of Travel. She was extremely professional, prompt to reply and always took the time to investigate all the possible options for us. We had a scare with a delay in Visa processing and 1 week out from our trip provided a Plan B to get the visa over the line before we went. We were very stressed at this stage and although the Visa did come through, the professionalism from Chloe and connections to a Visa Specialist to be able to offer a plan B was an enormous reassurance - cannot speak of her highly enough!

There were no masks, people were out and about getting back to normal, everything went smoothly, and I highly recommend House of Travel, Royal Caribbean cruises, and Hawaiian Airlines.
