Fantastic experience: Amazing service from Katie. She helped organise a stress free travel for me last year! I was panicking because of Post Covid travel and flights kept getting delayed. Katie was alongside me, helped explained the process and sort out connecting flights.

Fantastic experience: Hannah Smaha researched to see if a cruise we had found on the internet was available and put a hold on it. When we found we could not extend our cat’s pre-booked stay in a cattery to cover the cruise’s earlier start date, Hannah booked a different cruise for us. Hannah also recommended and booked flights and pre-cruise accommodation while we were in the office with her.

Fantastic experience: She was incredibly helpful, she was proactive in getting as much information from me as possible via email so she could do all the background work before we got there so when we arrived to book it was a very simple process! She provided the information in an easy to read format and explained everything with detail.

Fantastic experience: Thanks Lisa for organising my trip within some strict time constraints and with some very specific requests. I had real doubts about what Kenya might be like but I had wonderful time and can certainly recommend it as a destination. The tours I did were excellent.

Fantastic experience: After 5 years of no travel to Europe for our family I felt quite out of practice organizing a trip . Fortunately I met Lisa at House of Travel in Johnsonville, Wellington who booked all our flights to the UK and out of Europe. We had to make a change recently as our daughter decided to not take up an offer of study in Glasgow. Lisa calmly and quickly found her a seat home with us. I highly recommend having an experienced, knowledgeable and empathetic face to face experience when booking your trip.
