Negative experience: Can't even get through. Sent emails with no reply after 2 weeks.

Negative experience: The worst finance department I've ever seen. Phone number not always go through, very limited hours with people at Orbit Wellington to answer your call. Tried to contact them 4 times about their overdue payment for last year, provided different email address to us for sending the tax invoices every time. However, never heard back from them. The last time I contacted them and asked why there is no one take actions with the overdue payment? They get back to me says our business email address been blocked at their end!!! NO ANY APOLOGIZE. Told me that I have to re-send ALL OF the overdue tax invoices separately. Otherwise, they are not going to pay for them. Horrible travel agent with their terrible services. Not recommend to anyone else.

Negative experience: Orbit at Massey Manawatu... Not great

Positive experience: They are usually proficient but a an error caused us to miss our flight and had to stay extra night in Wellington instead of being in Dunedin.
