Fantastic experience: My recent trip to Canada was made easy by working with Zaheda when booking and when some issues arose with my return travel. Zaheda was great and was able to sort most things. Unfortunately, Air Canada wasn't so helpful which is pretty disappointing since they are part of the Star Alliance group, as is Air New Zealand. Bring on the next trip!!!

Fantastic experience: My partner and I had an amazing holiday in Niue, a destination we'd never been before. Zai was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She booked our accommodation, rental car, and excursions for us. The locals are incredibly friendly. When you come back to New Zealand, you'll be waving at everyone - a Niue tradition. Zai booked us one of the best garden rooms at the Scenic Matavai Resort. We could watch the whales from our deck! The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. The location right on the cliff was fabulous. The pool, entertainment and food were also great. One of our highlights was swimming with the majestic Humpback whales. We did a wonderful tour with Explore Niue, and got to swim with a mum and her calf. A definite highlight! We also did a great island orientation tour. If you like swimming and snorkelling in crystal clear waters, and have swimming with whales on your bucket list, then Niue is a must destination! Thanks Zai!

Fantastic experience: This was my first overseas trip and working with Zaheda made everything easy and stress free for me. I had no problem's with getting my international flights thanks to the straightforward itinerary she provided. She managed to get me a hotel room and day visa in Dubai free of charge, due to a 11hr stopover. She also got me a discount on a Eurail pass, which I used through 9 countries over 3 months! Fantastic experience: During these challenging times of travel I’m very grateful to Zaheda for her persistence and commitment to get me to Norway and back. She dealt with necessary flight changes as airlines changed their schedules. She took responsibility for getting me an MIQ place.
