Giving us options for a payment plans, flights on different dates, and departing from different cities/countries and made a trip that was almost not going to happen, become a dream come true!! Her responses were quick and she was excited for us and super helpful. Honestly 10/10!! The Bali Family Vaccay finally made it out of the groupchat!!!

Lisa was aware of our budget and balanced the options available with the most reliable options for getting from Auckland to Costa Rica and back from Panama city. (ticketed via one airline for all connections) Lisa kept me in the loop with very prompt email responses and post booking also got my meal requirements sorted, once again not as easy as it sounds with code share arrangements. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lisa to others planning a trip overseas to far flung destinations and look forward to planning and booking my entire next trip with Lisa not just the flights.

She was a delight to work with. Very kind and understanding of my particular requests and needs. It took so much of my worries away, especially as my health was the main issue . The fare was a little more expensive than with Flight Centre but the customer service and personal attitude towards me was very worth that difference. Thank you. Finally booked my flights myself on the Air New Zealand app...easy peasy.

Negative experience: The travel agent was so uninterested and completely unreliable. Took 3 weeks to get back to me after persistently trying to get in contact as we needed to book. Really would not recommend. Don't know why I didn't try another agent but have found other ones in Whangarei who are much more helpful now.
