Fantastic experience: Lynne has helped me on 3 different occasions now with the best service possible, last was for a few days ago where she got me tickets to sweden. Family emergency for me, and flight was sorted over the phone in less than 15 min. 12 hrs later I was on my way. And this is in the beginning of the school holiday! Incredible service and value. Can not recomend anyone more than this. 10 out of 10 on all levels! Thank you. Update 16/6/25 Just got back after a nother holiday to Europe organized by Lynne. Negative experience: Went in to hello to get some info about raro. Told them what we wanted etc was told they would email me info. 9 days later and still nothing. Booked with another travel agent now.

Positive experience: Booked a package trip to one of the Pacific Islands that we couldn't seem to do online ourselves. All bookings went well and picked up the tickets etc this week. Miranda was very helpful and good to deal with.
