Fantastic experience: Great communication, understood and achieved the brief that was given and was very helpful answering questions I had because of not having travelled internationally before.

Fantastic experience: Had an informative chat with Robbie a few months ago around a planned trip to Eurpoe and best time to book flights etc. As promised Robbie got back to us at appropriate time for earlybird flights and promptly got us booked on a reasonably complex set of flights (QT->Auck->Singapore->Istanbul—>Sofia on way out and Paris->Istanbul->HK->Auck-QT on way back). Also arranged our travel insurance and would have done accomodation if required. All done accurately and seamlessly!

Fantastic experience: He had to work during the weekend to get our travel sorted and he used his initiative to choose a better place for us to have a holiday. He didn’t have much time to get our tickets ready and our insurance. He was friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Dealt with Hannah at HOT Alexandra remotely via email. She was brilliant. Great communication, prompt, helpful and very knowledgeable about post Covid travel. I tend to book myself and shy away from booking agents but Hannah made me feel in good hands. We can't wait for our trip in September!

Fantastic experience: We just got back from the most amazing trip! Izzy helped us create our dream itinerary for traveling South Africa and Zimbabwe and it was the trip of a lifetime, we loved it! A tricky thing came up on our way home with an airline delaying our flights and having her available to help us navigate our way home took all the stress out of it. Wanted to mention too that she also helped with our travel arrangements earlier this year to go swimming with the whales in Tonga, which was an absolute dream. We're so grateful for all her help in getting these amazing experiences ticked off our bucket list. We're already dreaming up our next holiday and won't go anywhere else for travel assistance, Izzy's the best.
