Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for the Planit App and Chloe’s help and guidance in planning our trip to New Zealand. One of our Airbnb hosts recommended this app and my only regret is that I did not learn about it sooner. Chloe took an overwhelming amount of information and made it very manageable and helped me create a clear itinerary and plan for our trip. She is so kind and seemed genuinely excited for us to have an unforgettable experience. She helped us find wonderful activities that we are so excited for, and I do not think we would have figured out if it wasn’t for her. She was able to secure reservations and it was seamless! She called me several times to assist with our itinerary and she was just extraordinarily helpful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and this service. I am so grateful I now know about this as we will use it throughout our trip. I would recommend this app as something essential to planning a trip to New Zealand. THANK YOU!!! Immediate, using AI I presume, but so accurate, with the personal backup both by phone and chat to find the best itinerary/company/experience to suit you, even when your trying to book within 2 hours of what you want to do - as I did repeatedly.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous. Great prices were the initial incentive but then the amazing service, second to none has made our holiday better than we could ever have hoped for. When I signed up for the app, based on my accommodation provider’s suggestion I did not realise the personalised service we would receive. From excellent recommendations to seamless processes, with a great itinerary to keep track of our activities. Today I sent a message to the team just before 12 pm to ask if it were possible to book a spa treatment some time before I needed to pick up family members at the Remarkables at 4:15 pm. Planit’s Chloe found me just the right person, and at 1 pm the best masseuse in the world arrived at my door and I enjoyed 2 whole hours of massage and a facial before heading up the mountains to pick up the crew. Fantastic experience: Fantastic Experience with Planit! My family and I spent a month in Queenstown, and we had Chloe help us every step of the way with our activities. We did everything from helicopter experiences, Lord of The Rings set locations, and even a private yacht charter; all of which were handled masterfully by Chloe from Planit. We travel extensively, and we speak from experience, this tour company is top notch and will not disappoint. Thank you Chloe, and Planit!

Planit organised the whole trip for us, some great deals, added items on mid way and was overall an excellent way to take all the hassle out of planning. Fantastic experience: We recently went to Queenstown and booked an Airbnb and then we’re told about Planit BnB by our host. Oh my god what an incredible service. Nick was unbelievable with his ideas and co-ordinating our entire trip. The prices were the same as going direct but no running around to book things up. Can not recommend highly enough, take the stress out of the holiday planning and use this service, you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I went on a trip to Queenstown. We were recommended Nick as a travel advisor and I’m extremely pleased with how well he helped us to plan the trip. Nick was very knowledgeable on the area and gave us good advice on the best spots to visit, the best things to do, and even the most convenient routes and transport options. Because of his foresight, we were able to visit restaurants and book experiences that otherwise would have been impossible to book. He was also able to tailor the itinerary just to our needs and help make sure we had the perfect holiday. The attention to detail was excellent as well, we really appreciated how he was able to match our accommodation with the experiences we booked. For example, when we were staying at a spacious Airbnb, he set up massages and bike rentals for us. When we were in a hotel by the airport, he set up a helicopter ride to Milford Sound. Most everything seemed to flow perfectly. Rain or shine, he was on the line ready to help us out. He even offered us a ride back to town when he was passing though. We really loved our stay here in Queenstown and truly appreciate how Nick went out of his way to make sure all our needs and expectations were met. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Great service! We were attracted to the amazing options and prices provided to us, but unfortunately our trip had to be cancelled due to Covid restrictions. Even though covid caused problems for everyone, they were swift with our refunds and made the whole process easy and stress free. Which is unusual for an online service. Would 100% use again.

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience working with Nick at Planit Bnb. Made the planning of our Queenstown trip (adult family of 6) super easy - I just noted all the things we'd like to try/flavour of the holiday and pretty quickly had a suggested itinerary to work with. You also have access to an app - easily downloaded - so your itinerary and reference notes (as well as pictures of the activity) are all right there on your phone. Highly recommend :)
