Fantastic experience: We had Becs as our agent for a hunting trip to New Zealand per recommendation of the hunting outfit. Wow! Her service was key to us having the best experience possible in the short time we had. It was perfect, and I wouldn't change a thing! Thankfully, we had zero issues so I can't comment to problem resolution (thank the lord!) but all of her recommendations panned out, layover times were perfect for what was needed at each stop (customs etc.), and all of her support up front was very valuable, as we don't have much experience with international travel. The X travel app was also extremely helpful with the timeline and instructions at each stop to keep moving along smoothly. Don't hesitate, call Becs and X travel, you won't be dissapointed!

Fantastic experience: I'm writing a belated review I should have written neatly 2 1/2 years ago. It's a really a huge thank you note. I was talking with a friend recently about how tough it was during Covid, when in early 2021 my young family ended up being stranded in S America due to strict Covid restrictions and very severe flight limitations, with no return date in sight. In stepped in Xtravel, who very intrepidly started to arrange very much needed private charter rescue flights to bring back stranded people to NZ and Australia. They put everything on the line financially to make these arrangements. I dealt with Tori Keating, who was a delight to deal with, and her staff supported her well. Her compassion and humanity shone through, and I'm very grateful for her assistance. And the whole process was very well organised too. So yes, if you want to deal with kind, understanding and well organised people, use Xtravel. Thank you.

She was able to coordinate with our hunt in the middle of the trip and was gracious to make so many changes and adjustments for our group! Fantastic experience: Georgie from this company is AMAZING.. being stuck in a country and not being able to get home is the worst thing that can happen to a person but Georgie went beyond just being a travel agent she became a personal friend and someone that stayed up late due to time differences and worked and had minimal sleep to ensure that it happened. Fantastic experience: They got my husband home from Latin America when the Australian government seemed unable to do it. I don’t know what magic these gals do but they managed to get places for people on a LATAM flight carrying cargo AND secure places in hotel quarantine which was a miracle. They said they would be with him every step of the way and they were! Thanks so much guys! Will definitely use again :)

They organised a chartered flight from South America to help get both me and my partner home during the pandemic, as well as hundreds of other stranded Australians and Kiwis. Fantastic experience: Tori and the girls at Xtravel helped us get home to Australia from Brazil in the middle of the pandemic when we had almost given up hope! We messaged them just two weeks before the scheduled flight and they managed to get us all organised and ready to go within just a couple of days. They communicated with us the whole time, even when we were at the connecting airport in Santiago. They even kept in touch with us while we were in hotel quarantine! Trying to get home during the pandemic was so stressful and it was easy to feel abandoned, it seemed like no one was willing to help at all. Fantastic experience: Thank you to these amazing ladies, my family and I were able to safely go back to Australia! In the middle of the pandemics, they did a fabulous job repatriating South Americans to Australia, something that unfortunately, the government failed to do, however this group of courageous women joined forces and did the impossible! Our experience was wonderful! Despite the pandemics, we had a great flight, good food, they always touched base to know how things were going throughout the journey and during quarantine as well. I can highly recommend X travel and I hope we can travel with them in the near future! Thank you for your hard work, ladies! You are truly amazing!

Fantastic experience: This team is the best in customer service I have ever experienced. They work so closely with their clients to make sure they get the very best travel experience. They helped my daughter get from Costa Rica to Auckland and although there were a few cancellations and changes needed to negotiate the world of covid, they did it in an extremely proficient and professional way. They were available at our beck and call and always obliging. They refunded earlier than expected before the airline had processed their refund to them, simply to 'tie up loose ends'. They get 200% from us here. Well done ladies!
