Fantastic experience: I first met Sharon from Live Breathe Travel in 2014 when a friend and I began planning our first ever big overseas trip (mainly Europe, with a couple of long stop overs each way). That trip was an epic success, and since then Sharon has also been involved with making all the arrangements for my 2nd and 3rd trips to Europe. Her knowledge is second to none, and advice from little things like essentials to pack in your carry on, to iconic sites that are a must see, to "this hotel is better than that one because..." all go a long way towards a hassle free and life changing trip. And, in the rare instance there is a hiccup, she is at the end of the phone to assist. I wouldn't go to anyone else, and it is now a pleasure to call Sharon a good friend; so good in fact, that on my last trip we met up for cocktails in Istanbul!

Fantastic experience: If you want to book a ticket or holiday Sharon O'Brien will make the process effortless, I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She booked a ticket to fly my husband home in an emergency, if we had booked it ourselves, we wouldn't have flown as she checked they'd accept his emergency passport all along the way, booked the most direct flight possible, with hardly any stopover time, she booked the best seats, this was an emergency and she stopped everything raced home from her holidays got online and spent absolutely hours online in the evening and the phone to get my husband home. Then my card declined and she put it on her own card and we could pay her online. To say she's amazing, caring, an incredible superwoman is not enough. Since then I've heard from so many other mums and families who have have similar experiences with her, from making sure the flight attendants had knowledge of kids having special needs or anything extra stuff you haven't even thought of she's already fixed it for you, she will go above and beyond so from the minute you have that ticket booked, you don't have to worry she's taken everything into consideration to make sure you've the best flight experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I know the overwhelm trying to book yourself or flying with kids, Sharon is just so knowledgeable, so caring, compassionate and am absolute wizard at travel arrangements. If you need to book a fight, holiday, she is the simply one of the best and you will not be disappointed. If I could give her anymore stars I would. She went above and beyond and absolutely slays at what she does. Thank you so much ☘️

Fantastic experience: Sharon from Live Breath travel has sorted out our travel plans for our trip to Singapore staying at the most amazing 5 star hotels, our family Disney cruise and also an emergency flight to the other side of the world at very short notice. Fantastic experience: I have had the most fabulous trip to Europe all thanks to Sharon at Live Breathe Travel. I wanted to travel to places I haven't been to before, so I went to San Francisco, Berlin, Turkey, Budapest, Croatia, Hamburg, Singapore and home to NZ. All my flights and connections went without a hitch. And I found Sharon's recommendations for Turkey excellent. Highlights were the Gallipoli & Troy tour, the catacombs in Istanbul, and hot air ballooning in Cappadocia. Sharon is a cruise specialist. I cruised for 7 days around the Croatian islands, with 30 on board, it was the right amount of people. It was the trip of a lifetime Thanks Sharon!!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing cruise on a Silversea ship Silver Nova in August 2023. Sharon from "Live Breathe Travel' removed all stress from me by booking the cruise and ensuring all my needs were met. She also organised my flights over and back from New Zealand. Her vast knowledge of organising travel for customers shone through. She even helped me organise my travel insurance and also recommended tours that would be great to visit. Fantastic experience: Sharon organised our flights, accommodation and a rental van (that we nicknamed Bertha) for our roller skating team to compete at the Australian Nationals in Perth. Everything was seamless, and never again will I go overseas without a travel broker saved in my phone. Sharon had to find a pathway to Perth within the exact dates of the competition. All queries were answered promptly, pricing was very competitive, and using Sharon meant we saved so much time and removed the possibilities of miscommunication amongst the team. Fantastic experience: Sharon is amazing. She organised a European trip for my 18 and 19 year olds. Money was tight for them and flights were scarce post COVID but she found a route that got them everywhere they wanted to go at a reasonable price. She gave great advice on what they should do, sorted hotels, a tour and stopover on the way back. They are having the experience of their young lives at the moment. Highly recommend Sharon. Fantastic experience: I used Sharon at Live, Breathe, Travel for my travel home to Ireland after 3 yrs of covid restrictions. I normally book myself but with everything going on in the travel world, i figured it was best to go through a travel agent.... Sharon was awesome! She organised it all, got a flight within my price point, made sure it was suitable for my 11yr old, checked in regularly with the airline for changes (and there was many) and even contacted us while in Ireland to make sure we landed OK. I had nothing to worry about and all changes went through her and once they were finalised she confirmed and sent them through... What could have been a really stressful trip home, was made completely stressless. Sharon was always at the end of a phone or text and in my opinion worth every penny -( and it really wasn't that much extra at all). Would highly recommend and will definately be using her for future trips.

Fantastic experience: I booked a trip home to Ireland in April 2022 through Sharon. From start to finish Sharon was pleasure to deal with. She answered any of my questions and quashed any concerns I had quickly and professionally. Even when I had to extend my stay in Ireland whilst I was there this was done seamlessly. All the stress of booking and travelling internationally during a Pandemic was taken away and I could enjoy the journey and my holiday. Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to our amazing travel agent Sharon O’Brien. Back in 2019 she organised our 6 week holiday overseas and covid struck so for 2 years we were unable to travel. Finally this year we were able to go. She had to reorganize some parts of our trip which she did without any problems. Fantastic experience: I was deployed to work in Japan for a 6 month period with only 7 days notice. I needed to organise my husband and kids to travel with me, but also needed to wait on two long stay visas and 2 emergency passport applications. Our flights needed to be changed a number of times as visas were delayed and two of our party waited for their passports. This was a complicated and stressful job for Sharon, but she made us feel like it was all manageable and effortless. On the way home, 6 months later, there was a fire on the tarmac as we were about to land in Tokyo to get our connecting flight- across the globe, Sharon calmed us down and made sure we had a back up plan if we needed one. HIGHLY recommend this lovely woman- she kept our travel dreams alive when we were starting to think they were impossible. The Sloan Family.

I would highly recommend her as recently she supported us through a really difficult time with arrange MIQ (managed quaratine isolation) here in New Zealand on compassionate grounds as my husband has made a trip to Ireland to spend time with a family member who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. A couple of weeks ago, we still had no response from our application and decided that James should go anyway and we would figure it out (hoping that he might get back into NZ this side of Christmas), but with no guarantees. Sharon O'Brien truly went the extra mile for us, regularly contacting MIQ and escalating our case where she could. Eventually, we were granted a spot on compassionate ground so James can come back to NZ in October and then spend 2 weeks in a hotel somewhere in NZ. Sharon was so invested in supporting us that she even cried in relief as she told me the good news. Thank you Sharon xxx
