Fantastic experience: This was the first time I booked a trip through them. From start to finish it was just so easy. Fantastic experience: I have been booking my pacific holidays through Our Pacific several times . The travel agents are very efficient and provided very good service. I had wonderful holidays in Fiji, Moorea and Raratonga. I wanted to thank Rick Felderhof , managing director who helped me to get my refund from Crystal cruise line during COVID time. He kept chasing the cruise line company and helped me filing the claims. He is persistent to show his dedication to the client, that I got the full refund now. It was a long journey but he never gave up to advocate for me. I would like recommend this travel agent to anyone who wants hassle free holidays. Thanks again to Our Pacific.

Fantastic experience: For many years now we have used the services of 'Our Pacific' for our holidays in the Pacific Islands. We have been to so many island destinations and visited some of them repeatedly. We have enjoyed them all so much and created incredible memories. Some of these destinations no longer exist, such as Tahiti Rangiroa Kia Ora Savage, so we have been extremely fortunate to experience them. We had a unique, luxurious experience. All these incredible moments were created by 'Our Pacific' in Auckland, courtesy of Rick, who is warm, friendly, caring and passionate about his business and clients. Over the years we created a special relationship with him where we feel we are more like family than clients. Rick is an amazing professional who pays special attention to all the details when he creates our itinerary. He learned carefully what we like and what we don't like. He personally pays special attention to everything that makes us happy, which makes us willing to come back to him each and every time we plan our holidays. He takes responsibility for his services and the products he sells to his clients. We are extremely fortunate to know this company and Rick personally. We would highly recommend to approach his team and service, and enjoy the amazing old-fashioned way travel agents truly care about your trip from the moment you start planning it. The result is always extraordinary, regardless whether you go to a premium, luxury destination or something more affordable. We have never been disappointed when dealing with 'Our Pacific' over the many years we have used their services for different destinations in the Pacific. Fantastic experience: Our pacific is amazing! We booked our first holiday without the kids to Fiji and decided on Our Pacific to take care of it. Liz Grimshaw was our agent and she was incredible! She answered my 101 questions, checked in on us and followed up after our holiday. Nothing was ever too much. They always have amazing packages. We will definitely use Our Pacific again for future holidays. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Have been using Our Pacific for many years now. Highly recommend Liz Grimshaw. She has organised a lot of trips and has always provided great information and tips and always in a friendly and super efficient manner. It is great to have security knowing everything has been taken care of and is one less thing to worry about. Liz and Our Pacific will always be the travel consultant/agency I will go to for holidays.

Fantastic experience: We couldn’t be happier with Our Pacific’s service and attention to detail. We had a recent experience with a delayed flight to Nadi resulting in us missing our boat transfer to our Fiji island destination. Our Pacific not only contacted us to alert us of the delay, but also had us met on arrival in Nadi and assisted us to a later launch transfer. All our bookings went without a hitch after that and we had a great holiday. We will book with Our Pacific again for sure.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I chose Our Pacific to arrange our wedding in Fiji, including flights and accommodation for over 60 people. The service provided by Our Pacific was amazing! Not only were the rates competitive, the expert advice provided by our consultant Anna was second to none and invaluable in helping us organise our wedding. You can't go wrong with these guys! Fantastic experience: We would definitely recommend booking with Our Pacific! The whole process, from start to finish, was very easy and totally professional. We were given great options to choose from and were given plenty of information to help us decide. They also gave us additional information (that we weren't aware of) about a hotel that we previously had in mind which alerted us to the fact that it didn't offer one of the two main things that we were looking for and which we thought it did offer. Our Pacific was also able to secure a booking for us at a terrific hotel that we had been unable to book.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic travel agent - sorted us out an awesome deal to Rarotonga, took care of all the details and stayed in excellent contact throughout the process. We normally do our own bookings having had bad experiences with travel agents in the past, however Hugh from Our Pacific restored my faith in agents :) Highly recommend, we'd use them again.
