Fantastic experience: When we were booking our trip to New Zealand, we stumbled across this gem! We booked several tours through backpacker and their lovely staff was very helpful arranging everything. They offered better prices for most of the tours by giving student discount and sometimes just a lower price than the official tour website. After the vulcano erupted on White Island our tour was cancelled and Backpacker refunded the full booking price. When we ran into trouble with corona crisis and the lockdown in New Zealand, Backpackers refunded all the cancelled tours no questions asked! Very good service during these difficult times! Fantastic experience: I booked a skydive through Backpacker Deals online, I was contacted by a worker who booked the whole trip for us. We just presented the voucher on arrival and it was very easy. Also, the company booked a pick up for us so it was very easy! The skydive was great and I had a blast. I would def go again.
