Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a 9 week trip to Canada and the USA. Air NZ cancelled our flight to Vancouver while we were on the way to the airport. We were SO grateful to Sue who worked her magic and was onto it straight away and managed to get us to Canada via Los Angeles. We arrived a few hours after we were due to get there originally so our travel was hardly affected. Can not imagine how I would have sorted it myself. We will always book our travel with Sue, she is the best. Through Sue we rented an RV to travel around in for 7 weeks and we needed to make a change before we left NZ and Sue sorted it for us easily. If you want to take the stress out of travel, you need to do your bookings through Sue.

Fantastic experience: Sue has very capably handled my travel bookings for a few years now. The latest being a combination of Intrepid Travel trips, along with some private travel. The flights arranged, & any associated travel connections have been considerately timed, & have worked out well. Fantastic experience: A lovely trip to Copenhagen and then Amsterdam before joining the beautiful APT Solara river boat for 15 days to Budapest. A few days in Budapest, then Prague - it sounds a lot and it was but having Sue look after us and do our flights, hotel bookings and putting special requests in place we couldn't have had a more smooth, worry-free holiday. Everything worked! We also knew that Sue 'had our backs' if anything did go sideways. I would not hesitate to book any future trips through her: she listened, she was so patient with us and her advice helped in so many ways to make our decisions easy. Having Trip Plans in place was an added bonus. Thankyou so much.

Fantastic experience: Sue arranged an amazing trip for us to Rarotonga. We were unsure of where to go and she gave us several amazing choices and we finally chose Cooks Bay Villas. Great villa with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break away including beach shoes, kayaks and snorkelling equipment. A short few steps onto the beach where we sat each evening and watch the most incredible sunsets and a short stroll to two great local restaurants. Sue was great with keeping in touch with any updates regarding our trip and we could not fault her recommendation having never been to Rarotonga.
