Fantastic experience: Julie is absolutely amazing we asked for services in 2023 to find us the best travel idea gave her our budget for 9 instantly found me a cruise we are off to vanutu and norfolk island we probs stressed her alot lol there was cancelations add one alsorts and she came thru for us no matter what the task we gave her we appreciated her service and definitely would recommend her see u next time julie but smaller group next time

Fantastic experience: I used Matamata travel because I was struggling to get the service i needed from the travel agents I was using. I was referred to Matamata travel from a friend. What can I say, Saskia was terrific. She was reassuring that she could provide what I needed and she did. Her responses were prompt, the itinerary was detailed & easy to understand. At first I was a bit nervous to ask her abt changes but she was reassuring to my queries & so I came to trust that I could talk to her abt the things I wanted. I asked her for help at the 12th hour & she really was terrific. Cheerful, positive and also an experienced traveller so she could advise from her own experience. When I was on the trip in South American I needed to talk to her abt something, just to hear that voice of reassurance. I also called her & she was very generous in reassuring me about the changes I wanted to make. I will use her again because she is terrific and I also hand on heart can recommend her to others. I am sure you will get the type of high quality, attention to detail and friendly can do manner I did.

Fantastic experience: My dream trip became a reality due to the knowledge and expertise of Saskia at Matamata Travel. Left to my own devices I would still be trying to arrange things months later. With a rough timeline and even rougher outline of countries to visit, Saskia worked her magic, and the result was an amazing three-week European experience with my two daughters. There was zero stress, everything worked perfectly and forever memories were made. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
