Negative experience: I wouldn't use them again. Our agent gave us the wrong advice re our grandaughters name on the ticket which cost us $50 to change, & they wouldn't refund us that money. Also booked us on a ridiculously timed domestic flight time home which we could only change for about another $800+. She told us we originally told her we didn't want to spend any more money, even though we had paid to upgrade our room. Rarotonga is a wonderful place for a holiday, including Club Raro where we stayed, so highly recommended. I'd just use a different agent next time.

Fantastic experience: Hassle-free destination wedding. We booked a wedding package for Sofitel Fiji just before COVID and just like everyone else, we had to move our date several times before finally getting married January of this year. Everything was worry free, all we had to do was think of dates. Thank you to Anna and Liz who handled every aspect smoothly and did all communications with Selai in Fiji. Truly a magical experience! Liz Grimshaw was indeed remarkable especially in liaising and following up every detail to the last minute. I never felt pressured nor forgotten.
