We had contacted some other larger companies and whilst they had the glitzy websites, they were unable to offer us any realistic solutions. Fantastic experience: The help I got from "Kinoy Travel and Immigration" was really good. They were so organized and precise with their work. They genuinely showed they cared, not only with words, but also with action. In my opinion, they treated my case/ application as if it was their own. The level of commitment they put into each case/ applicant is outstanding. Taking into consideration, that the fact that when they take on a new applicant, they are dealing with people's livelihood and future; and the pressure that comes with it on a daily basis. They handled it professionally. I can honestly say that at times they'd still be in their office well after 6 or 7 pm and still working. Lastly but not the least, I'd like to address those whose looking to go to "Kinoy Travel and Immigration" for assistance with their application/ Visa. Please be patient and be kind to them. This things take time (alot of time). Some cases are pretty straightforward and simple and some are very complicated. Especially with the fact that COVID is lurking around and that NZ boarder/ Immigration rules could change at any time. Trust me when I say, they are doing all they can to help you with your case.

They wont ask for any money unless they process and finish something. I have referred my friend here as well and she likes how they advise her in her first meeting with them.
