Negative experience: $200 booking fee put me off booking with her. I booked my overseas flight in Auckland with no booking fee.

Fantastic experience: Kim went above and beyond to help us plan the most magical holiday. We had a minor hiccup (not her fault) when overseas and she quickly and efficiently helped correct it, so we wouldn’t have to. I have recommended Kim to multiple friends and will continue to do so. I would give her a 100 star rating if I could, because that is what she deserves.

Fantastic experience: Kim is everything you could possibly ever dream of wanting in a travel manager: • Friendly (I always feel my query is welcome no matter the medium or the time of day); • Informed and informative (very knowledgeable and able to provide well researched and tested, accurate advice on every level/type of travel - and if she doesn't know herself she will find someone who does); • Efficient (responds very quickly); • Communicative and pro-active (if she sees or hears about something which she thinks we would find helpful or useful, she sends it to us); • Resourceful (able to source and resolve the most difficult / quirky of queries); • Stoic (continues to smile and find on alternative solutions when you change your mind); • Creative (when you ask for something which Kim does not know about, she will go to the ends of the earth [literally] to source it for you); and last but not least – • Cost-effective (does a total cost benefit analysis to establish the most economic travel for you and if you can find a cheaper price elsewhere [such as cheap Air NZ deals on the web], suggests you take them rather than hers). The bottom line is that I would recommend Kim Mildon - Travel Manager, for all your travel needs - be they great or small!
