Fantastic experience: Madi at Amped - gave great intel advice and then sorted everything from flights including connections on different airlines , advice on visas, transfers, accommodation, ski hire for the kids, long stay lift passes and provided an excellent detailed itinerary which was our go to for each stage. Very tricky booking because the first half of the trip was for family and the second for my daughters ski racing so we were dealing with three travel agents. Positive experience: Had some excellent trips organised to Japan, they certain know their way around there, recommended. But less so in Europe, provided some constructive feedback, but didn't hear back.
