Fantastic experience: Brent responds really quickly to my emails and gives me all the info I need. He also met with me in person and we discussed the sort of holiday I was after, and he gave recommendations. Brent was friendly, nothing was a hassle, and he's super professional and efficient - he was so helpful, and when we were ready to book he organised everything so quickly. I'd recommend Brent to anyone, and will definitely use his services again.

Fantastic experience: Reuben from House of Travel Broadway in Palmerston North was extremely helpful and efficient. He prepared an itinerary that not only suits our needs perfectly but he did it very promptly. The addition of a river cruise was a welcome surprise. We appreciated that he used his knowledge plus feedback from previous clients to recommend it to us as we probably would not have thought of it ourselves. Fantastic experience: Ms Groenendijk was very professional and friendly. The face to face service was worth it. Discussing travel arrangements via email rather than face to face is a mistake.

Fantastic experience: We booked our honeymoon to Rartonga through House of Travel. Originally we had 2 complications with the booking and didn't feel confident in the agent we were talking too, mostly due to the changing COVID situation. We sent an email discussing these concerns and were promptly handed over to Brent. Brent was incredible. Going far above and beyond what we expected a travel agent to do and the trip was incredible! We would use HoT again in a heartbeat. A+
