Fantastic experience: We have just arrived back from an amazing European holiday. Cathy from Bucket List did an outstanding job in putting our itinerary together and everything went like clockwork. Flights were great as were all our hotels. We also incorporated an 8 day Viking River Cruise, which Cathy and Michelle recommended, and we certainly weren't disappointed. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a travel agent to contact Cathy at Bucket List as she gives exceptional service.

Fantastic experience: We booked our family holiday to Raro ( first timers) 6 adults plus a 6 & 3 year old, with Sharon. We found Sharon to be very efficient and professional. She quickly ascertained what type of holiday would suit us and went about planning the accomodation, car hire and a couple of excursions. Everything went without a hitch making for a very relaxing holiday experience. We cannot thank Sharon enough, we have already recommended her to others and will no doubt engage her services again... Just have to start saving now! :)

Fantastic experience: Grand Chancellor in Hobert is a fantastic venue. Staff helpful, dinner very good, happy hour fun, awesome view....but insist that you are waterfront, as I think other aspects may not be as good. We watched 5 cruise liners arrive and leave in the time we were there, and everything you want is within walking distance of the hotel

Fantastic experience: My family had the most amazing Gold Coast holiday. Sharon from Bucket List Travel was fantastic. Not only did she make the usual travel arrangements she also showed up for us when things went wrong for us. We had changes to our schedules which meant alot of re-organising which Sharon handled for us with a smile on her face. We also ended up with a medical emergency while on holiday and Sharon supported us throughout the entire ordeal. Besides all the setbacks our trip was great. WE loved our experiences at Sea World and will definitely go back to enjoy another private 'day out on the water' cruise. Can't thank Sharon enough for all her help in ensuring we had a memorable family holiday!

Fantastic experience: Cathy at Bucket List travel has been amazing. Everything was booked efficiently, all our needs were catered for and communication was excellent. We had problems at the end of our holiday due to unforeseen circumstances, which were absolutely not the fault of Bucket List travel, and Cathy went above and beyond to help facilitate refunds and assist with our insurance claim. We will definitely be going through them again for our future travels.

Fantastic experience: Michelle is the reason why we love travel agents in today's online booking era. We wouldn't have been able to make all the changes and solve all the dramas ourselves!!! She was incredibly patient, organising and re-organising everything for us. Firstly, travelling as a group, dates got mucked around with. Not a problem. Michelle shifted everything. Then my husband broke his ankle. Again, not a problem for Michelle. She helped us with insurance companies, flight upgrades, transfers, room changes and gave us excellent advice on hotel changes due to stairs and accessibility issues. Thanks, Michelle.
