House of Travel - Mt Maunganui

Fantastic experience: Stephanie at House of Travel Mt Maunganui put together a fabulous itinerary for my sister-in-law and myself to go on another great adventure. This time to Greece and Egypt. Our tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable and both the Globus Classic Greece and Island Hopper tour and Insight Vacations Splendours of Egypt tour were first class and we would highly recommend them both. We had one hiccup along the way with our accommodation on the Egypt river cruise and while it wasn’t able to be sorted at that end, a call to Stephanie backed up by her meticulous paper work had it all sorted within 24hours. Fantastic experience: H.O.T Mount Maunganui has created us a few Itinerary's over the year's and we have found them to be 10/10 on knowledge, organisation and comunication. Shelley's suggestions of the locations and accomadation along with transport options were amazing and we got the most from our travels due to her organisation and experience in doing so. Shelley went over an above to help us reorganise our itnerary on the first day as we had had a medical event pre boarding the plane. Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely amazing time in Bali, thanks to the incredible planning and coordination of Shelley Rich. Our stay at in Gili Trawangan Eco Villas was perfect—it's the ideal spot for families with two pool areas. The kids loved the vibe at Gili Trawangan island. We hired bikes to get around during our stay & had a fantastic snorkelling trip to see the turtles. From start to finish, House of Travel Mt Maunganui made everything seamless, from airport transfers to accommodation. It was truly a memorable vacation. I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Out HOT agent Cherry has been very attentive to our needs and listens to our concerns regards our wishes, likes and dislikes. We have just completed 7 weeks in Ko Olina, Oahu at a private residence. HOT assisted with flights for this trip

Fantastic experience: After a not-so-good start to our holiday planning (with a consultant who has now left), we had the pleasure of dealing with Maree Thompson, who was amazing! Thorough, knowledgeable and just lovely to talk to. When we had an issue with one of the rental car companies, during our trip, not only were we emailing to sort it, Maree was on their case too, on our behalf. Maree was always on hand to ask questions, with a fast and friendly response every time. We have dealt with HOT a few times and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Positive experience: The House of Travel service has been fantastic, our stay at Raddison Blu was great, there are renovations happening there at the moment and HoT advised us of this, but none of this had any huge impact on our stay and we couldn't hear any noise from the building sites or the kids pool when in our room. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We certainly were never short of a friendly Bula from any staff member at the Raddison Blu!

We were joining a group of kiwis in Hamburg for a 3 week motorbike tour from there through to Sweden Norway and Denmark then back to Hamburg. Within minutes she had our return flights from Tauranga booked with AirNZ and Emirates and suggested we included a 2 day stopover package in Dubai. Fantastic experience: Shelley Rich and her team are outstanding. Our recent vacation to ski in Canada was organised by Shelley. We had fantastic accommodation located just 50m from the gondola. The private transfers to and from Whistler worked like clockwork. Most importantly, due to weather disruption, our flight was cancelled on the day of travel, Shelley managed to rebook our party of 9 for the following days flight within 1 hour!
