Fantastic experience: Both Tina and Caprice worked hard booking and coordinating the flights, as well as booking my accommodations in Miami, Key West and Houston. They showed an interest in the things I was hoping to do in each place. We had a last minute hitch when it was discovered that the hotel I’d been booked into had since closed down, but they sorted out an alternative hotel and everything was resolved.
