Negative experience: To be honest we and our family had a worse experience with flight deals. We spent more than 35,000 in airfare with flight deals but to be honest we had to face problems troubles on our way flight back to auckland flight was cancelled by air new zealand nz102 on 13th of October from.sydney to.auckland and we were 7 people 2 special needs 2 kids and 3 adult iy was just nightmare we had to wait at the airport than arranging taxi and arranging hotel.all by ourselves where as air nz and athihad airways didn't provide any service and accommodation than we had to catch on.14th of October. Honestly it was the worse trip and now athihad is not even responding neither flight deals . People always go for holiday or special trip is to relax bit ours was pathetic unprofessional irresponsible totally insane.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with an absent minded lady Pallavi working at Flight deals She booked me a flight wrong travel ticket and I was not offered any kind of refund I ended up having a loss of ₹58,000 which is approximately 1100$ My case was then escalated to Gaurav who was helpful he helped us booking the flight but there is no refund which is very disappointing. I really regret why did I trust Pallavi She is really an absent minded woman who needs to have more training Will never ever recommend her again

Negative experience: Their agents are very arrogant and rude, online their only nice when booking the tickets. I asked the agent a question and the person cut the call the same second and than he was arguing like it wasn't his fault theses people are not worthy to trust they need to close there business very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Suman Kumar from Flight Deals helped us to plan an itinerary for my family coming from India. We wanted tickets for eight people, which is a challenge on its own, and to add to it, the dates weren't fixed either. He had to go backward and forward several times to find something for us that ticked all the boxes on our requirements list. We loved the service provided and the patience with which our needs were handled. Suman is an excellent person—patient, knowledgeable, and has a strong, positive, can-do attitude. He never got frustrated and listened to our requests and changes calmly every time we asked him to do so. He communicated well with my family in India and accommodated all their requirements in the booking. I would highly recommend Flight Deals for every service that they provide. I cannot express it more, but I am one extremely happy customer.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the flight booking experience I had with Flightdeals Blockhousebay,Auckland . on June 20, 2023. I purchased flight tickets for four individuals for the AKL-BOM and BOM-AKL routes, scheduled for December 2023, with layovers in NADI and HKG. Unfortunately, the journey resulted in significant additional expenses totalling NZD 6000 due to issues that were not adequately communicated prior to the trip by Flight deal.I requested a thorough investigation into how this critical information was overlooked by Flightdeals agent. I was asked to provide the proof of purchase of new ticket and other documentation which i did but Despite assurances from Flightdeals that an investigation would be conducted, I have not received any updates nearly four months after lodging the initial complaint. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Flightdeals customer service standards. This company does not care about thier customer .

Fantastic experience: I have booked many flights through flight deals only because the customer service i get from vikashh sinh zala. He helped me on many occassions. Initially i booked tickets to India with my wife which was 7 months in advance and i wanted to book non refundable. He guided me and explained about features benefits of refundable booking like anything coukd happen in this long time and non refundable tickets wont be changed which i ignored and i said dont worry about it. My wife got pregnant and midwife didnt recommend her to board the flight. So she had to cancel the booking. I contacted Vikashh to give it go if i will get something for this ticket. He helped me to get 75% of the ticket fare. Today when i was check in at singapore airline and struggling with my excess baggage and getting stressed about missing out on flight. The staff couldnt find the ticket booking. I called flight deals and vikash ansewered straightway and sent me the booking confirmation and everything within 10 seconds. 200% recommendation for Vikashh

Negative experience: 2 stars for not being transparent. Booked flight and was given Malaysia Airline as I had a choice btwn Singapore Airlines and Malaysia Airlines. The agent did not disclose to me that adding extra luggage with Malaysia airlines will cost 95USD for 5kg. They even couldn’t book additional baggage for me. Customer support was of no help. As professionals they should keep their customers very well informed not just rush to complete a transaction at any cost.

Negative experience: Unreliable, untrustworthy and poor customer service. the guy was all nice before getting the money but after paying him for the tickets, he stopped answering calls or replying back to my messages. Gave him business for approx $15,000 and later find out the tickets were all overly priced.
