Positive experience: We had a great holiday in perth .Courtney from House of Travel Tauranga Crossing just made everything easy for us .The only thing is when we booked we thought we would have our seats booked but it wasn't till we got to the airport that we found out that we where about 5 rows away from each other .We are old school so didn't even think about it years ago you booked with a travel agent you had your seats booked at the same time.I did have the air new zealand app but didn't realize I had to book our seats.But everything else was great would go back to Courtney again for anymore travel arrangements.

No doubt Hayley already had plenty on her plate at the time however she called me back first thing the next morning. What followed from there was first class service coupled with a friendly delivery. Our holiday to Greece was all planned out for us, with excellent hotels offered, transfers etc. which took the stress out of 'Island Hopping'! Yes, flights were changed, delayed and we got Covid when we arrived home after a family fun-filled adventure but none of that was down to 'our' travel agent. Fantastic experience: Recently we booked a trip to Melbourne with the lovely Hayley. Fortunately for us she had recently returned from a trip there and recommended a fabulous apartment with a central location - Adina Apartments, Flinders Street. Perfect for jumping on the free tram system for stopping off at spots around the city. Very close to excellent restaurants located in the lane ways. Beautiful cafe two doors down from hotel where we picked up our morning coffee and right next door was a convenience store. Hayley was super helpful and efficient with our reservations, and we really benefitted from her fantastic knowledge and suggestions. Thank you Hayley

Fantastic experience: We arrived home three weeks ago from our two month trip overseas. We spent five weeks in Switzerland; a week long Rhein River Cruise from Basel in Switzerland, ending in Amsterdam; and nine days in British Colombia, Canada. It was not an easy itinerary to put together but the travel arrangements Hayley organised for us were seamless. Hayley's input and advice was very valuable. The last trip we flew to Adelaide, had a few days there, caught the Indian Pacific train to Perth then had a further few days there before flying home.
