Negative experience: Still waiting for a return call 5 days later. Shocking service
Hi Anita, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with your experience! Unfortunately, with our agents being in such high demand with travel enquiry skyrocketing, we are finding that the demand is outstripping our ability to answer every call, whilst still assisting customers in store & over emails. We'd recommend popping in-store to book an appointment as this ensures a dedicated sit down with a consaultant.

Negative experience: Once we paid service deteriorated fast. Emails don’t get answered,phone calls don’t get returned, was supposed to get an email with my tickets yesterday, didn’t happen. I guess I will need to chase it up again today. Look after what I paid you flight centre, it’s the last you’ll ever get from me

Negative experience: After a fantastic start with contact from my request in a short time, but it all went downhill from there, promised I would receive information the following day, 2 days later still no information so asked for update, promised again I would receive information the following day, a week later I messaged and said not to bother with my request would sort myself. Might have paid a bit more than I could have if booking through an agent but at least I know I'm booked, 2 holidays in 2 very different locations, someone lost out on some serious commission.
