Fantastic experience: Last time, I bought my ticket for the Albany branch, but unfortunately, due to a miscommunication, I lost a lot of money when I had to cancel my travel plans due to an urgent matter. Even though I had asked the agent to confirm that canceling the trip would only involve a penalty, as is normal, when the urgent situation arose, they informed me that we would lose all of our money and need to purchase a new ticket. After many challenges, we were only able to recover approximately half of our money. This time, I decided to go to the Browns Bay branch. They were truly amazing—they explained everything very clearly, helped us get the best price for the ticket, and assisted with hotel accommodations and everything else. I really appreciate all their kind support and strongly recommend this office.

Kelda, in particular, went above and beyond to find us a tour that perfectly matched our preferences and needs. She expertly handled all the details, including arranging our flights and efficiently coordinating communication between the tour company and us. It's safe to say that HOT Browns Bay has truly proven to be the best travel agent for us. We couldn't be happier with the service they've provided.

Negative experience: Have always used this travel agency up until now, but never will again after this afternoon. Rude and unhelpful. Disappointing! You have lost a loyal customer!

Negative experience: This travel agent is all about making money for themselves. Just spent a lot of money with them for our family holiday in South America. Ended up paying 25-30% more than if we’d booked directly with local operators in South America. Didn’t have a choice as they held credits from a cancelled booked holiday during COVID. Also had a lot of issues with the airline tickets that they booked. Couldn’t get a confirmed seat and not allowed to have carry on bags when they were well aware that those issues were sacred to us. Do not depend on them on organizing tours. Just spent NZ$10k with them to see the Salt Flats in Bolivia to only actually spend 2 hrs on the Flats. Definitely do not use them if you want value and good service.
