Positive experience: A big thank you to Ben for organizing our family trip to NZ for 3 weeks. The itinerary was perfect and met all our requests made in advance. The agency was responsive when we had a hiccup with accommodation. Go for it with your eyes closed!

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to Noémie and her entire team for the support from A to Z on our trip. Everything was perfect from the preparation with the organization of the trip (as a road trip), the booking of activities or accommodations. On-site everything was just great and coordinated without any problems, which allowed us to have the most beautiful honeymoon. Everything exceeded our expectations in this wonderful country. Negative experience: Very disappointed with the agency. The organization of our trip to New Zealand seems to have been botched. There were big logistical gaps, for example, organizing a transfer at 10 am at the airport to catch a domestic flight at 3 pm!! which made us lose the whole day at the airport when we could have flown at 6 pm and spent the day sightseeing. This is just one example among others. Overall, the trip was a copy-paste without originality of the typical 2-week trip proposed for NZ. The documents provided (travel book) described summer activities while we were in winter (the agency didn't bother to personalize anything). Some accommodations were not up to par given that the price of the trip is exorbitant.

Fantastic experience: Simply perfect! Amazing team, French-speaking and very responsive. Honeymoon trip completed without any issues over 23 days! I recommend.

From the design of the trip, which allows for more personal requests thanks to great flexibility, to the execution, nothing is left to chance to enable travelers to evolve in the best conditions, including support on site (French speakers, responsiveness of the team), the quality of the services offered and the contact, one can embark on this distant but magnificent country with the assurance of feeling safe, not abandoned, and that they will make you love it thanks to their deep knowledge of its specificities. Bravo to them...

Fantastic experience: Back two weeks ago from this 3-week trip in New Zealand, South Island and North Island, we are delighted and sincerely thank Ben and the agency. Everything was top-notch, we are ready to return with the same agency. 3 weeks of escape, a delight for the eyes, for the spirits ❤️

Negative experience: Disappointing in the choice of accommodations. Always the worst room in each hotel, our worst experience was a room so small that once the suitcases were inside, we couldn't fit in anymore. In the others, it was always the only one without a window or with a view of dumpsters or adapted for disabilities...

Fantastic experience: An agency with French-speaking consultants (for those who do not speak English) who will prepare a tailor-made trip for you with a very good value for money. With a very responsive and efficient team in case of problems (we were able to verify this!). A trip to the end of the world that will remain etched in my memory largely thanks to this agency. Do not hesitate to contact them, you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Working with Franck was the absolute easiest decision my husband and I made on deciding what to do on our honeymoon. And when we return for another trip, we will absolutely work with Franck again. From the beginning: Franck was understanding of our unpredictable work schedules, didn’t hound or pressure us into any decisions, and still made us feel like we were long-lost friends. His kindness and hospitality was so sincere. He focused into our travel likes, our preferences for a relaxing but adventurous trip, and (as we had asked) left us with plenty of room and suggestions so that we may fill our days as we pleased. During the trip: Franck was our insider secret; he was very responsive and always on the ball with his recommendations. Every dinner, wine tour, hike, and museum was spectacular. I truly feel that he saved the best for the last. Every place he took us to, every hotel, villa, resort, pod, and spa, was somehow better than the place before. It was never touristy, it was always elegant and relaxing. When it came to planning our honeymoon, my husband and I didn’t have time to research every city, its history, and unique offerings. But Franck did! Looking back, we never felt like we missed out on anything. Franck is a rare gem with impeccable taste. We cannot wait to work with him again.

Fantastic experience: This agency subcontracted our trip to New Zealand to a French agency, and I must say that I have nothing but compliments for the organization of our stay. Our wishes, budget, and accommodations were perfectly understood and executed. The accommodations, activities, car rentals, transfers... everything was perfectly organized, and everything was done to simplify our task and ensure that we could only enjoy our stay.
