Fantastic experience: This place is one of the best services I have ever come across- big shout out to Jess who went through hell and high water for my friend and I to resolve a scheduling issue which wasn't even her responsibility, outside of her regular working hours at that. The views were absolutely incredible and to see the glaciers and waterfalls up close was so special! A huge thank you to Fred who booked us into the very last available opportunity to see Milford Sound before our flight home, all while our previous bookings were cancelled due to road closures and weather risk. You made our trip!

Fantastic experience: Jess saved my today and tomorrow. I booked a tour to Milford Sound ages ago. I realized I didn’t buy a child ticket the night before the tour. I went to travel agents before meeting Jess, they all told me everything was fully booked because of school holiday and Golden week. I walked into Happy Tour, thinking I would just try my luck and asked one more agent. Jess helped me to call the RealNZ office line, no answer because it was after office hour. Jess managed to contact one of the staff at RealNZ, I was given two options, I could either move to the next following day or Jess tried to sell my ticket for me, if there happen to be someone buying last minute ticket. Guess what happened, at 8.21pm, she got my child a golden ticket to Milford Sound tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: We bought 3 Milford Sound cruise tickets for our family. The agent, James, recommended going with a smaller ship and we were glad to follow his advice. The ship took us close to water falls and other interesting sites. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hour cruise.
