Fantastic experience: Can't recommend this tour highly enough. Definitely the highlight of my trip so far. The scenery is breathtaking and seeing the Hector Dolphins and the New Zealand seals was truly a once in a lifetime experience. The tour guide was flexible to pick me up from my hotel and was both extremely knowledgeable and friendly throughout and even helped me to book my boat tickets on the morning of the trip. Would have no hesitation in recommending this experience to others.

Fantastic experience: Had an absolutely amazing day traveling with Sukhpreet. We were one adult and two teenagers and this trip satisfied everyone. Fantastic experience: New Zealand has always been one of my dream places to holiday. Just finished 3days 2nights to Franz Josef glacier, Wanaka, Queenstown & Lake Tekapo. Apart from these our tour guide Mr Singh also take us to other few beautiful scenic places & towns as a bonus along the way. We really enjoyed the tour & the experience & patient & company of our guide. I highly recommend My holiday diary.
Negative experience: We didn't receive a pickup address and had to check back via Whatsapp. Would be Nice to get a message with the pickup address next time. Also thr description of our Trip was a little incorrect. It stated 3h of free time in Mt Cook National park while it was way shorter. Due to the description we expected a drive of maybe 2h but it was 4-5h . But it was a nice trip with great scenery The driver did a great job on taking us everywhere and guiding us. We made several stops with great views beside the Highlights and we always had the Option to make a short Stop to Take pictures. Edit: Down to 1 Star - was previous 3 Stars After i gave my 3 star review i was called 4 times on my private number and got several messages about changing my review to 5 Stars. I never thought i would experience something like this. I would never book a trip with them again
It is shocking for us to see your review. first, 3 stars, and then 1 star. We always ask our drivers about the customer's experience to keep our service at the top level. According to our driver, he did try to contact you by phone to discuss your experience, and when no one picked up the call, he said he left a message for you guys and these were without the company's knowledge. but you are targeting the company openly. if you are smart and have any concerns. why didn't you try to contact the company for any suggestions? Your whole day trip took more than 13 hours to finish, and you were expecting more hours to spend on the day trip....... You might not know that new zealand transport law. there is no driver in New Zealand can driver more than 13 hours You have booked a group tour on the bus. However, we do not had any group tours available that day. Still, we specially arranged a private driver and vehicle for your day trip, which cost us double what you had paid for your group tour. driver stopped multiple locations on the way that were not even covered in group tips. Because of the driver's sincerity, you tried to be had on him and expected to extend time as much as possible. Day trips do not run on a 24 hour basis. You had a private driver with the vehicle. If you wanted to stay longer, then you should go straight to Mount Cook instead of making multiple stops along the way. You are not the only people who traveled with us. So do not try to teach us and think people are idiots. 14-year-old kids can plan their trip schedule, and you are blaming the company and driver. We believe that our driver exceeded your expectations with his service and sincerity. You should be thankful to the company to run trip privately for your group. but your attacking behavior forced us to reply in detail.
Negative experience: Edit: After our Review with 3 stars the guide reached out to us and compelled us to give 5 stars because of the rating that's been gone low because of that. That goes way to far and is definitely not okay! He called my friend several times on his private phonenumber and even send many texts within a few minutes. We will also never recommend this company to anyone, I would even stop people from making business with them if they tell me about it. But for anyone who is not impressed about that - here is the original 3-star Review: We had a great guide! We were just expecting a little more free time at the stops than 20-30 minutes. Maybe a solution for that would be less stops. The trip from Christchurch to Mt. Cook is really long so we would reccomend a sleepover there instead of a daytrip. Also - an information about the pick-up place in advance would be great We only got that after we asked them ourselves. Nontheless it's been pretty nice!

Fantastic experience: Overall great tour to mount cook with plenty of view points along the trip! Preeth picked us on time from our hotel and gave us extra break times during the trip. Mount cook itself was spectacular as well as Lake Tekapo! Enjoyed stop at Lavendar farm with shops and Lavender flavored ice creams! A great tour not to miss from ChristChurch.

Fantastic experience: I discovered the greatest tour company in Lyttelton via a Google search. Mr Singh arranged for our group of cruise ship passengers to take a 3 hour half-day tour of Christchurch from Lyttelton Harbour. Our family had a great day seeing the many tourist sites in Christchurch central. Botanical garden, riverfront market, christchurch gondola, river punting and sumner village on the way back to the lyttelton. It was a 3-hour trip that we believe was the best value for money. I really suggest my holidays diary.
