Fantastic experience: Catherine went above and beyond to work out different options for my international flights from Melbourne to CHCH, including domestic flights once in NZ and then returning home from Queenstown and helped me work around regional Australian flights too. Nothing was an issue and she came back to me with plenty of options! The best!

They helped come up with travel plans for us that suited us and what we wanted from our trip and were happy to explore many options before settling in the one we wanted.
