Negative experience: Went in for a quote on a trip to Phuket while the team appeared completely friendly and approachable I was quickly informed that I would not be able to receive a quote for travel rather the store would be in touch via email and promptly ushered out of the store. Email never ended up coming so went to House of Travel which made the process much more simplistic and straight forward
