Fantastic experience: Kristin is an experienced traveler and senior consultant who has travelled to places we intend to see. She was able to work with our itinerary and make great suggestions on the best way to travel through Italy. She has organised our airfares at a good rate and minimised our flight stops for greater comfort. Kristin has also demonstrated flexibility around our accommodation choices and found us some great stays and rates that we couldn't have achieved on our own. Simply put she has taken the hassle out of our travel arrangements and we can't wait to head off later this year.

Fantastic experience: When my grandma passed away in the USA, I was so thankful to House of Travel for getting me there and back. I would gladly pay for their expertise and knowledge again. Sometimes you may think it is easier to do it on your own but they took the stress out of it. I appreciated all they did for me.

Negative experience: Was looking for assistance with flights to Australia to see very ill Father (he is actually going to die), I was not happy that they charge a fee per person, it's already hard enough to fly international with extra costs due to Covid, we already have to pay for pre departure tests and that's not cheap. Would not recommend House of travel. The lady I was speaking to was lovely, but she doesn't make the rules.
